Hey 19 year old nelson, good job doing engineering at a state school, now you've got killer income to qualify for loans (and can pay your own off in the first year of work) and the math/programming ability to do real estate analytics at scale.2.

Before that I’ve been in business strategy and technology consulting for about 6 years, where I developed my professional skills, analytical capabilities, and ability to present and network with executives.

Some are more analytic while others will be more personable or social(life of the party).

Hi Jasraj, I completely understand where you are coming from because my Data analytic brain wouldn't budge without some sort of food(read data).

They don't need to increase their update frequency, rather the availability of the live data for analytic purpose is the key.

Analytically I'll be following building permits by zone to get an idea of what's going on in our area but if anyone has any other method of analyzing what's really going on in different zip codes by statistics I'd love to hear/see them! 

It's not really a good source of lead generation because if you are identifying it by sight as a property of value, it's likely already been identified months, if not years before by a predictive analytics algorithm.
