The final straw was when my property went into abatement after an inspection, due to the property management company's failure to address tenant requests for the exact items that caused the issue.

Ironically I grew up less than 10 minutes from this address (I currently live about 40 minutes away), so I still know the area well.

More than a tax strategy, these are education planning tools, and they need to be addressed in a broader context than just taxes.
