I've been addicted to the forums over the past week.

I found the sight through the book and I have become addicted to the podcasts.I jumped in to a duplex 5 years ago with absolutely no idea what I was doing, no investment education and no plan...

It's a great place and it's addictive.

I have to say I am addicted to realtor.com and zillow like some people are addicted to Facebook.

Hmm, I'm not sure how I missed this post about 2 years ago at the height of my BP addiction. ;-)I was googling one thing and this link popped up so I figured I'd check it out.

Plus, that one show, Rehab Addict, where the good looking girl fixes up houses "the right way" doesn't help either, on the 2 or 3 episodes I watched she made endless references to other house flippers and how they cut all the corners and basically ruin homes, especially older, classic homes!

But, this site is interestingly addictive.
