Hi BP communities !

I finally join BP. I found BP during my research on tax lien / deed sales. I was reading Ned post about tax lien sale. Anyway I just want to introduce and put myself out there. You guys have so many great posts ! I try to read them all to gain knowledge. I got addict BP posted haha. My goal to have rental property someday. I'm trying to save up money at the moment. I do not owe any property. I have question for all investor out there.
1. Does anyone out there invest in Bakersfield, Victorville, Palmdale and Lancaster, and Boron? If you did, please give me some advise which areas are you guys invest in? I saw there are some inventory on MLS for 2 to 4 units under $150,000. I saw one of the listing price $35,000 in the area Boron, CA

2. Do you think should newbies invest on those areas?
3. Do you guys hire contractor to do rehab the properties yourself or do you do it with your partners?
4. Do you guys hear about ********** website? if you guys did, have you guys brought any properties from that website? Do you guys make any profit?

5. Do you recommendation newbie invest out of state property like the property offer on **************?

I'm currently look real estate club to join and network! any recommedation?
