Excited to be part of BP! I've been addicted to the forums over the past week. You guys are all awesome. Finally getting around to saying Hi.

I'm from Eau Claire, WI originally and currently buying property there. Anyone from or around Eau Claire please reach out to me as I would love to network with you. I have many connections in that area.
I have lived in San Diego, CA for 5 years now. I am a Licensed Agent in California and actively looking for Rehab and Wholesale deals as well. Looking forward to some great discussions.

You can tag people by typing @ before you type their name, then clicking their name when it pops up at the bottom of the message box. You can click on the ‘vote’ button if you like someone's post or is helpful, and there are ‘awards’ to earn on your profile. The "Learn" link across the top navigation bar has lots of great info, and most importantly, the BP members! Welcome to BP, and good luck on your investments!
