For me, on my properties, it's been pretty good.

I have found that going that extra mile, like the couch covers etc and making sure the person with the disability has the easiest time visiting our place.As someone with a disability (I have a degenerative neurological disorder) and use a cane, I like to make sure folks with similar issues have a good time.

If you are following the rules then everything should be OK.This is no different than a health inspector visiting a restaurant.

However, for future purchases as investments or otherwise, as a Realtor, I never take a commission on my purchases.For one, I don't want to pay taxes on it or split it with my brokerage. 

I have not every purchased property in Canada, but my wife is Canadian and I've seen some of the issues her family has had to deal with.  

They key is to find out what you bring to the table to others; in this case to my mentor, my clients and eventually to my business partners. 

I've even paid for a subscription to have limitless access to all articles on multiple of these websites.
