I am a long time viewer of the BP forums but have recently decided to focus more of my time towards my real estate investment goals.  

Who needs a television show (with disgruntled employees and disillusioned viewers) when you can flip houses.

References need to be added to make the viewers to get verified the information provided.

On King County parcel viewer they will sometimes list more than one structure on the property detail page.  

I have a property summary sheet and GIS viewer map as well as a list of the surrounding properties' last transfer dates and prices.The owners will consider a rental-purchase agreement.

Furthermore, these REIT-quality properties are not assets that most of the viewers on BP would concern themselves with.   

Parcel information, including assessed values and limited residential and commercial building characteristics, may be researched for free on Parcel Viewer.

Then too, you could easily poison the opinion of the viewers as their taste can easily vary significantly from yours.

FCL is the doc type in Columbus county, but the county recorder office's viewer doesn't allow sorting by doc type... or I'd have tried to look it up.

To be clear, this is not something I've done yet, but if you have a more specific question or obstacle as far as that is concerned we have a better chance of getting help if it's as clear as possible to viewers of the post what you're looking for.
