Introduction to new area member

Hi Ladies and Gentleman!

I wanted to put out a introduction and invitation to connect with other area investors.   I am fairly new to the Land as my wife and I relocated here just over 2 years ago.  I am a long time viewer of the BP forums but have recently decided to focus more of my time towards my real estate investment goals.  I am a successful small business owner, actually I am operating 2 small business with my real estate endeavor becoming my 3rd.  I have long been interested in the real estate market and finally am in a better position to leverage my assets to build a sizable portfolio.   

Quick overview:

I have successfully rehabbed a couple of owner occupied properties in the past myself with each property seeing decent returns.  Today my ambitions are less that of a contractor and more focused on investing and establishing a multifamily portfolio.  

Today I am house hacking a gorgeous duplex in Lakewood, Ohio and just purchased another SF on a highly desirable street for a major rehab that I am starting very soon.  I will be sure to share some photos a long the way.   I will be asking lots of questions along the way, hopefully there are some members here that wouldn't mind sharing some information with a young entrepreneur..

My goals are to build a reasonable multifamily portfolio in the western communities of Cleveland.  I love to talk shop with other members who are investing their own time into similar interest.  If you are open to meeting with a newcomer I would be happy to seize the opportunity for a meet and greet.
