If it was my choice, I would choose blueish/gray with with trim, like cape cod colors.

The tenants got to buy (or bring) their own curtains and put them on the rods.One thing I heard of (I think here on BP), and considered but didn't end up doing, is this: Get some 1x3 or 1x4 lumber, and cut it a few inches longer on both ends than the window trim on the top of the windows.

Then carefully trim anything that sticks out over the side.When it's dry, contact cement won't stick to the wooden dowels, but will stick to itself.

Basically what it needs is trim, new doors, interior patching and finishing items with moldings etc, and a little exterior work.My question, I have contacted a couple different banks to start the refi process.

Either use a starter strip on the edge or hang the first row off the edge, with the glue strip at the edge, and trim off the tabs.

I think the absolute necessary things are new flooring and paint inside and out, new light fixtures, some new interior doors (or just paint the old ones), new interior baseboard trim, 3 new exterior doors (change 2 sliders to French doors), siding installed on side of the house at least and maybe the back too, change out main front entrance door, new oven, rebuild the deck off master bedroom, and minor landscaping.
