I would also then wonder about the remaining junior liens... most are smaller amounts for several hundred dollars to a couple thousand.

The ONLY occupant requirement is with an attached Junior ADU, it can not be rented unless you occupy the main structure.

Stacking up cash is not easy for soldiers, especially for junior enlisted.Also, a lot of young married soldiers have a screwed credit history before joining the military that stopped them from getting good mortgages. 

If its resi in a certain area or comm RE in multi-units, call them and explain what you want.They'll appreciate an aggressive attitude and will almost always hire juniors. 

There is chance that another family member will be starting college at a junior college and possibly moving in with us next summer.
