How should I start?

Here is my biggest concern. Please assist me. I am planning on getting my first property but I do not have any money in general. I save cash but I see that $100 a week will take me to around 5000 a year. Which is really low. Even if I save for two years. It is still low. Cause my credit isn’t even on 600. Real estate Investment is something that I am in love with. I’m trying to be as creative as I can but that is my concern. As I am doing the math, even with a minimum cash flow of 300 by investments will not evolve as it should.

What is it that I should ?

Where should I get the money to start?

How do I pay it back knowing that I also have a mortgage to pay?

...

If there is any other questions that I should ask myself please post so that I can take them to consideration.
