New to Real Estate from Dayton, OH

Hello Everyone! I recently moved to Dayton, OH and I'm looking to get started in real estate investing. I was first exposed to the concept of RE investing a few years ago while I was a junior in college, when I got the chance to shadow within a commercial real estate firm. Since then, I've been doing a lot of reading/research and I'm attracted by the opportunities that real estate offers. My goal is to have the ability to live off passive income by age 29 should I desire to (I'm currently 22). I plan to buy single family homes and 2-4 unit multifamily properties. I'd like to get my first deal by the end of the year.

I'm looking forward to learning more and connecting with you all!
