@Stephen Turner they make a version of iMovie for the iPhone (free, btw) but the interface is wayyyyy to small for my fat fingers, although the same app on iPad is much easier to use.

The truth is that house flipping is great because one can do it in such a way as to not have to interface directly with "customers" or "the public", at least not very much - especially if one buys MLS-listed REOs.

I don't do this, though, ...I have my own attorney interface with the seller attorney or the trustee, so my costs are maybe $500 to cover the incidentals (title, hazard insurance) and their legal fees.

@Joel Owens  agreerealty.com may have the fullscreen trend but, it's not that usable and functional across devices (phones, tablets, etc...) and may confuse people as the user interface structure is kinda "foreign" due to trying to be trendy.

Bloated and confusing interfaces, unnecessary features, and tools/utilities that will probably never get used, which might be why pricing for these tends to grow quicker than your portfolio of properties.
