I've been in real estate development on the commercial side for about four years. Have gained an enormous amount of experience in that short time. I work for a small firm doing acquisitions and construction management. We do mostly retail/office but have a few medium density residential projects as well. We have our own construction team and specialize in adaptive re-use projects and urban infill. I am looking to do some residential projects on my own in the near future. I will be doing an SFR flip in early 2013 and would then like to look into a duplex or triplex deal after that.
