If it is land and no house, buy an RV, clean the property up and/or subdivide and sale.Most importantly go swimming at Barton Springs or Hippy Hollow and enjoy being there. 

And again, if you do things wrong, you will fail, yeah, duh, that applies for literally everything in life so it's a hollow argument for saying STR-A is bad because "if" someone does it wrong and many do it wrong.

Hi @Shirley Rozenshteyn, my brother and I grew up in West Hartford and have been looking into a few areas in Hartford where we could invest in a multi-family property.We've started looking at a few neighborhoods: Parkville, Frog Hollow, and South Green. 

My father-in-law, Christopher Wyler, has around 100 acres by sand hollow he is developing and is looking for more builds to do.

The foundation is hollow block and also in seriously bad shape, which was hidden behind finished basement walls.
