Anyway, just an observation, none of the testimonies talk about actually buying a loan or making an investment.  

My suggestion: it may be too late on this deal, but take a binder with testimonies and keep track of all your stats and deals and make it to where the seller is essentially begging you to work with them.

When I do research on zillow and trulia I would say that the zillow feedback on the zillow testimonials page sounds amazing, which isn't surprising as it would be biased.

Find people you truly enjoy being around and working with and ask how you might be able to help them out.3) Ask for testimonials from the people you are working with so far.4) ABOVE ALL OFFER EXCELLENT SERVICE so that people you serve have an amazing experience they can rave about.5) Do little special things for your clients - if they love house plants get them a house plant at closing.

I’ve completed some maps on how I would reach my overall goal and the testimonies are the key to validating options.  

Seems in the promo webinar there are lots of Testimonials which I tend to be wary of.

Through reading the posts in the forum and all the testimonials, I've seen how people have gotten such amazing results and are really moving along on their journey but for some reason I could never figure out how to get myself going.

Good referrals and testimonials would be great for this team member as it would for the property manager.
