What was added was 2 ton Mini split AC, Washer/ Dryer/ Dish washer, 220 EV charger & of course the new 200Amp panel with all new AFCI breakers.what i was told from PG&E was that they needed to do a calculations to see if the transformers would be able to carry that load or if they needed to upgrade the transformers aswell.

It's a pass through LLC entity so no benefit to charge rent to myself - but does this help with operating as a Property Management LLC with business expenses?
