I also tried to buy more durable inexpensive 52-inch Hampton Bay ceiling fans for like $80, and 1/2 HP Everbilt garbage disposal for $60 on sale.

We're doing well in Ch-ville by buying fixer-uppers with cosmetic re-habs needed and Air BnB'ing them.
