Overall, the commercial real estate landscape is a mix of challenges and opportunitie, with some sectors facing difficulties, while others are on the rise.

So now I'm building enough resources to donate the majority of my net worth towards this goal, private sector and politically.

I think part of the issue is profesionlization of the sector.  

However, there is going to be something.My theory - I think that commercial debt from companies in the retail sector is a major weak point for the economy. 

I would take the time to learn as much as you can, don't be in a rush and learn all aspects of the sector you want to focus on.

BOMA is a big organization worldwide but I think they deal mostly with office space.

The banking sector has been immensely profitable and any losses they’ve incurred from housing have been more than made up by their investment banking side.
