@Brandian Ross If you haven't already, I'd recommend attending a local REIA or RING meeting to get to know some other investors.  

There's a history of how these programs came into being and were championed by Paul Smith of the Utah Apartment Association.

If you lay it out yourself you just need the salesperson to ring you up.

Test, test, test, and test some more in figuring out how to get the phone to ring and then find a cost you are comfortable with, as its just a cost of doing business.
