Good morning,

Im new to the game of investing in general. Ive been researching some and i wanted to get into wholesale and eventually fix and flipping houses in my area but have no clue where to start. Is there any one in the Central Louisiana area maybe willing to talk with me and/or show me the ropes on some things?

The only thing I would add is that Baton Rouge has a great REIA called the RING (Real estate Investors Networking Group) that usually meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month. I've learned a ton from the members in there. In-person meetings have been on hold with the pandemic, but you can get on the e-mail list here so you'll know once we start back up again:

I included a link in my post as follows:

You will find The RING: Baton Rouge REIA here: https://www.meetup.com/the-ring/
