Hey everyone,I've been hanging around Bigger Pockets for a little while and have listened to a bunch of the podcasts but this is the first time that I'm speaking up.I live in the Jacksonville area and am originally from the Midwest as I grew up in Milwaukee, WI.  

@Roy LhanieHi Roy,I invested out of country last year in Jacksonville, Florida in a subdivision called Murray Hill.

Before doing too much investing across the county get to really now that market and get good team members involved.In the end the people that you will have there will pretty much determine whether or not you will become successful and stay that way.When I set up my first remote office in Jacksonville it took my almost 90 days of developing the right team, putting in the right infra structure, etc......before I even started looking at any deals.In the end the whole first team I had put in had to be replaced and a new team assembled. 

Can anyone recommended an eviction attorney here in Jacksonville, Fl?

I found some listings that looked interesting but they were in Jacksonville and other places that I was not very familiar with.
