New guy from Jacksonville, Florida

Hey everyone,

I've been hanging around Bigger Pockets for a little while and have listened to a bunch of the podcasts but this is the first time that I'm speaking up.

I live in the Jacksonville area and am originally from the Midwest as I grew up in Milwaukee, WI.  I've dabbled in real estate for the past 8 years or so but no I'm focused on creating a new lifestyle/career in the industry.  

My career has been mostly in medical sales where I have done well but always seeking for more.  I love the art of the deal and working with people to solve their problems and improve communities while partnering and networking with like minded individuals.

My primary strategy is wholesaling so that I can build up more cash and begin some longer term investing.  I've got my first wholesale deal under my belt and working on a couple more as we speak.  My first deal took about 3 weeks and I profited about $7K.
