My advice to those starting out, which is obviously biased by my own experience, is to establish success and economic security outside of your real estate investments.

While I appreciate your taking the time to reply to my post, I think you need to get off your lofty perch and your obvious negative bias toward wholesalers.I think just "I don't think it is appropriate" would have been more than enough.Have a Wonderful Day!

I am a little biased with Tampa, born and raised, but there enormous amounts of growth like the 4 billion dollar downtown Water street project backed by Bill Gates.

I don't think that our interaction is an issue (I could be wrong or biased) because I've had a few people ask if I had any other properties available because they wanted to keep me as the property manager. 

Instead of targeting tourists, maybe target towards people working in that industry.Disclaimer:  I am biased towards refineries. 

@Brady Salcido I am located in central Ohio, so I'm a bit biased to that area, I am a big fan of the area for a couple of reasons. 1) There are major employers in the area that continue to expand.

I'm going to be inherently biased as someone who's lived here almost all my life and currently invest here.

Born and raised here, I have a historic context of different neighborhoods (and biases) but that does not impact my selection process as an investor and builder.
