Gotta drink a lot of iced tea with a lot of folks around town.

I am also always open to grabbing drinks or lunch with a group of like minded individuals! 

If the well dries up people look elsewhere for water to drink and survive.In strong suburban to urban core you have many,many employers that make a smaller percentage of the whole market.

To this day, my tenants all offer me a drink of some sort whenever I drop by.

I just want to give everyone the chance to get together, have some drinks and meet in person.

Usually it's a property that's been vacant for several months with no activity, and then we find the leftovers from someone smoking or drinking in there, maybe a blanket or two.

Elementary school would be OK, but high school is another story - those are the students who could be troublemakers (graffiti, loitering, drugs, drinking, littering, fighting, loud music, etc).
