Look at the ads in Craigs list and in the classifieds.

Sorry to say this, but with a question like do you really think you should be classifying yourself as "Real Esate Coach" as you do in your profile?

I won't classify your situation, ordeal as a 'beginner mistake.'

You can send direct mail, run classified ads, post craigslist and such.

@Becky Watkins sorry - I didn't read the title but that certainly would have helped my previous answer :)Since the stairs are required to enter/leave a rental unit, I'd like classify them as an improvement to the rental unit itself making it 100% deductible or capitalized rather than a pro rata rate.I'm not taking on clients for the 4/18 deadline but am happy to discuss post deadline.

OTOH, many folks don't think this are truly classified as securities, so advertising is fine. 

Hey @Priti Donnelly, if you are selling something, then drop this in the classifieds section where it belongs.

Both automatically pull all my purchase data, learn over time how I want things classified, and give me the reports I want without spending any time punching in numbers.
