Its a computer formula.The number that is the most meaningful to HUD is "net to HUD" This year we have had acceptances for percentages much lower than 5% off.

I would also adopt a few habits to make your "education" a little more meaningful & intentional:1) Write down everything.

I can make 8-12% lending to a quality operator with meaningful experience in first position.
