Hello, My name is Jeremy Johnson. I'm currently a personal trainer at Gold's gym, but my overall goals are financial freedom and the ability to essentially have systems in place where I'm not slaving a job to live paycheck to paycheck. Real estate investing has been an interest to me but I feel as though I need much more knowledge on the subject, therefore I arrived here. The forums seem to hold a plethora of knowledge and I hope to make some progress by participating in the discussions. Wholesaling and buy&holds are what interest me most currently. Wholesaling sparks my interest because my funds are low (paycheck to paycheck) and the buy&holds will help for my long term goals. I hope to gain some knowledge and eventually be able to give back to the community because I truly enjoy helping people much like I do in my current job. Thank y'all, Jeremy Johnson
