The sites didn't prompt me to set up my banking information, I guess that's after I win the bid?

I finally went over to my neighbors house and made contact, with prompting from my wife.

While she has been very prompt on providing me additional information on items I request (disclosures, utility statements etc.), I wouldn't say she's put a ton of time into the whole thing.

But I am always surpised when a client comes to me from another agent and I return calls very promptly and they say they didnt get that kind of service with their last realtor.

Yes the virus has prompted people do a lot more shopping (groceries mainly), but a lot are scared of losing their homes because they can't make the mortgage because they've been laid off.
