While there is no legal liability in facilitating bad advice, to me there is a degree of a moral obligation in doing so, but still that is beyound your control and sure everyone realizes that.But here is the rub, you set up a system that allows someone to establish a degree of influence or preceived expertise that is influenced by popularity to some degree.
