As recently as three years ago I overheard a lender telling a pregnant woman that she couldn't get a mortgage until she had a baby, returned to work, and got her first pay-stub -- that's break room BS that's probably from 1955 that is still being repeated!

Then when they were proven wrong by the guy you speak of, they said he could never beat that crooked woman in general elections.

The woman is willing to sell at a discount to avoid realtor fees.

At my local reia I was speaking to a woman who has been in real estate a very long time.

I had a vacant  unit that I was so desperate to rent out to anyone hat i literally had my property manager heading over to show it to a woman that had TWO Pit Bulls, Who was having "a hard time finding a place" that occasionally smoked (I don't have smokers in any of my rentals) and was on disability.   

Im speaking with a seller who has a home in sandusky right now. the tenant is currently still in it but this woman hasnt paid in ten years!  

Joe Gore Joe: In most situations you would be correct (as many others have indicated above), but in certain jurisdictions when dealing with a {documented} domestic violence situation the obligation to protect the woman and children remaining in the home permits you deny the abuser access to the property.It's a delicate situation into which one should not wade without legal council.
