It's a benefit to society to enlighten our youth. 

I've accomplished a number of things that I think contribute to society far beyond the scope of expected contribution.

I'm not that large multifamily and what the call 1 room (basically a studio apartment that is much smaller than U.S size) is the way to go as it is definitely a renting society. 

We live in a sue-happy society, and people don't want their name to come up in a Google results page with something negative attached to it.

Rich Dad Poor Dad was amazing, it really changed my way of thinking from the norm, from what society teaches and preaches.

Perception of values comes into play. 

I am aware that there can be a negative perception to lease option financing, but Krohn seems to refute those arguments.

Just the fact and realization  that I COULD  have all somehow changed my whole perception of wants and needs!

I think you did not build enough trust.. perception and getting the other party to like, trust and respect you is more than anything.
