Without trying to sound elitist in any way, it has been my an observation in speaking with the general population (and I'm speaking on the average, not always, there are always exceptions) but the majority of conservatives I speak to are educated, well informed people who have some knowledge or training of how economics and political systems operate.

So Eddie, you are asking us to base our conclusions in regards to controlled substance policy on the casual observations of ONE law enforcement officer.Did that law enforcement officer also perform tests on each person to determine that he/she only consumed marijuana or only consumed alcohol and not any other controlled substance?

However, I'll offer some general observations from my reading of your post.First, your use of the term "non refundable pet deposit" is confusing and contradictory. 

The above post is only my opinion and observation as my experience with Marko so far is only positive.There is nothing wrong with second opinions though, which would explain why I am also on BP. 

This is normal as I have observed this in many other major city along with surrounding suburbs. 

Unfortunately that's my ground level observation of how most of these industries work.

A couple of quick observations: 1) Line 51 should be offset by line 47.
