(The stuff of the young).Still love the out doors; hiking fishing, hunting, camping, or just drives through this gorgeous country.

However why get rid of fish two until you have fish one in the boat?

I will give you "this" (interest in a real estate flip)  if you give me "that"  (money).However, say you met on a steelhead fishing website, and over time developed a "reasonable" relationship, probably no problem.

They have a really cool indoor fish pond, too, you need to check out. 

When you are fishing for property if it makes sense with hard money, reel it in & throw it in the boat, then get better financing later to make an even better deal.

Those are all pretty big fish, so you may want to check around if their pricing isn't in the ballpark you're looking for.
