On behalf of clients i conduct the following strategy:1) real estate/estate agents staff:- whats happening  daily/weekly(staff take it in turns to inform about their week likes/dislikes humor )build  ongoing profiles)2) themes : daily subjects of interest related to properties on the books,every building has it's story3) Recent purchase's : feedback/pictures/write-ups related to happy couple/individuals  human interest stories.Automate,rinse and repeat  gold rule never let your content become stale,as social media can be cruel.

I cannot speak to this individual company, but to a common theme on this thread that "anyone can do this themselves".
