@Eli Rods Have you already started the eviction...eviction is the absolute last resort in almost every case...but it would depend on the state laws where the eviction takes place...connecting with a lawyer is your best bet....but your PM or local agent should be able to get you what you need...

I am very dedicated, very business minded/orientated (my mind is always spinning with ideas and ways to improve), but most of all, I am a great learner...

There is no reason not to talk with the owner, provided you understand that you are most likely spinning your wheels.

I'm an ex-Army type, if you need a quick swift kick let me know, LOL.As to guru hater, I think I have given many thier due, some are great marketeers, some deliver a good story that relates to the strategies making them easily understood, most seem to spin old stuff as new, many seem to exaggerate, some decieve, a few advocate unethical conduct and even illegal things to do.

This is just another thing to factor into the numbers and if it all makes sense then great but definitely a 3x factor to keep on the forefront...because there’s not enough spinning plates, right?
