That being said, I started to use yellowletters.com to send postcards to one of my lists on the 4th mailing and beyond after a full page letter the first 3 mailings and have had success.

A lot of sites offer mail lists based on location, the one I use is realtor postcard, and they tend to be cheaper then a specialty list.

Personally, if you have the budget, I recommend direct mail at 2,500 or more addresses in a 3 to 5 mailing campaign over 3 to 6 months.3) Postcards are cheaper than letters.
