Just come across as serious able and capable about buying a house in cash.Now, to  make this a fair post to all the yellow letter business owners out there...This is what you SHOULD do.Send 200 YL, 200 postcards 200 printed letters.. and stack up the results.Honestly I would send 2000 each, but you are just a  mere mortal still.Wait till you become a God like me and then we will talk numbers.FOR PETE'S SAKE: KNOW how to run an experiment.Call back rate means NOTHING!!!!!!

Too many people forget these when trying to acquire a property (or anything else, for that matter).Since you don't tell us what state this property is located, nor does the attorney cite any code, I will presume that he is merely talking with a bias toward the seller's interests and not really providing you anything useful.

We can only make educated guesses about who should be distressed (and obviously I'm not speaking of pre foreclosure marketing here) but at the end of the day even so called "targeted" marketing is merely a systematized shot gun approach.We mail to absentees because they are likely to have distress.

The author here suggests that a cost seg. study merely identifies what is 1250 property, 1245 property, etc. and presumably these categories exist even without the cost seg. study.Many questions exist currently..

So, I chalked it up to people with better financial local government/business connections, experience, and perhaps the grant period expired.I have been doing the renovations, self-funded, thus at a slower pace.My properties are located in the vicinity, mere blocks away, east of the river.Indeed, Kevin/New England Family Housing made a positive impact in the area.
