Here is an odd one that I would love feedback on.Bought a multifamily with a shared laundry room which included a coin operated w&d.Seller (let's call him Steve) disclosure had a line asking if there were any leased appliances.

My money is heavy in crypto, had a lender deny me recently because "it wasn't real money

My friends say buy crypto that it is the best investment right now, I personally don't understand it but they are making more there than in their real estate businesses. 

I decided (thankfully) to move it out of crypto currency and into my specialty, rentals.

That being said, the majority of my assets are in real estate, but I also contribute to a Roth IRA, S&P Fund, hold shares in Fortune 500 stocks, and recently have invested in crypto currency.

When (wholesaler A) brings a buy-hold deal, light repairs, with equity at end, 2k deposit non-refundable, 20 day close contract, to  (Investor, & licensed Realtor B) and B doesn't want to buy it at that moment, but sees deal value, has 100% all cash buyer in hand who would most likely want deal and will title and close, what are "B" 's options to put some modest coin in his/her pocket and make the deal move forward fast?

Stocks and Crypto are just as likely, if not more, to “crash” in comparison to real estate.

I’ve invested a little money into some stocks and another bit into cryptos since that doesn’t require me to be that invested.

Long story short, I got really lucky with some crypto investments and will have somewhere in the vicinity of 120-160k to invest in real estate next year.  

I’ll be using some cash up front to make some updates and adding coin op laundry.
