Hey guys, my name is Edgar Yepez and I’m from CT, and I’m glad to join this very large and smart community. I’m 18 and would love to invest in real estate but not something too time consuming since I’m in college right now. I’ve invested a little money into some stocks and another bit into cryptos since that doesn’t require me to be that invested. I listen to the BP Real Estate podcast and truly enjoy that, maybe someday I’ll be the guest :)

That being said, I’m a newbie so if anyone would like to say hello and drop a little advice or would be willing to meet up and talk some ideas, I’d greatly appreciate it!
