I found the tenant screening website www.mysmartmove.com , has anybody used this site for running screens on future tenants and have any good or bad feedback because i'm in the process of hopefully (fingers crossed) obtaining my first rental.

All the rehab stuff I have done that before and no thanks unless I didn't lift a finger.  

Then I then look this guy up on Facebook and see all kinds of "F This, F that", angry political rants against BLM, middle finger selfies etc. 

Well my suggestion is to use a Realtor who has access to the MLS, we have Data from all 50 states right at our finger tips, REAL and accurate.
