I found the tenant screening website www.mysmartmove.com , has anybody used this site for running screens on future tenants and have any good or bad feedback because i'm in the process of hopefully (fingers crossed) obtaining my first rental. I wanna use the best screening website possible.

@Ray Agosto BP is actually partnered with SmartMove so that's a good sign right there. But if you google "free landlord software" or something like that, you will start to get a feel for the options.
I also recommend searching these forums for similar threads, tenant screening gets talked about a lot.

(Full disclosure: my company does tenant screening)
