I'm sure they'll probably help the hospitality business with clinics, schools, tournaments and other players. 

I have seen some converted into VA clinics & Doc in a box locations, or leased out to national auto parts facilities (Advance, NAPA).  

Hi Nadine, I have found value investing in Cleveland, OH because it is home to Cleveland Clinic, lot of good neighborhoods, landlord friendly laws, stable appreciation and good cash flowing properties.

A couple things to consider, do you have hospitals or clinics near your property?

A first time eviction is not the time to learn by trial and error.

I am doing a trial run with a electronic lock, and also just say KeVo, so want to give that a try.

Plus you get a trial period for their "plus" membership. 

right now I'm using trials on Propwire, Propstream, and Deal Machine to get leads with cold calling.
