(10 years from now).WYNN announced it will build a man made lake and a new tower.

someone tried this here and just last week they were selling their domes/tents…the really expensive ones from pacific domes on Facebook, and they are still available.  

Or hire the sub that figures out it only needs a new king valve and freon and fabricates a custom replacement condensation pan in his shop for $1K?
