Diversified real estate investment idea, will it work?

Hi Everyone,

My name is Anthony He and I recently started listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast and I've become a junkie. I am fascinated by all the different ways members are able to generate income passively and have learned multiple ways to market myself, and create exit strategies for investments that don't pan out. I look forward to meeting and networking with many of you in order to learn about investment strategies.

I've come upon an investment strategy I haven't seen yet in any of the forum post and would love to bounce the idea off any of you, Please message me if you can, I live in the San Francisco Bay area.

Thank you all!

Anthony He
