Maybe depending on the décor.The stainless appliances I got were on sale, had coupons, etc. and got them for really not much more than black or white, and I've noticed that people really comment on the hardwood floors and the stainless appliances.

So I took the average from these 5 comps and that number is more than how much this property is listed for and the property looks fairly decently renovated as we’ll I think I’d only have to change the carpet to hardwood flooring as it’s white carpet and looks like it’ll get dirty quick.
