Total gut and remodel to add contemporary layout and luxury finishes.

What was the outcome?

Property was under contract within 6 days of being on the market, closed in approximately 30 days from acceptance date.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

We did almost all of the work on this project, and it was great to get that experience, but it also helped to understand the value of our time and that much of the labor would have been worth hiring out.
