Hey there smart people,So, I am starting with my real estate investor career recently and I came across this one question for which I'm getting biased answers.

Being born and raised in Indy I may be a little biased but the demographics and jobs back it up. 

These are 3 top reasons I would invest in real estate in Columbus and I am biased lol1. 

Of course Joseph, that doesn't mean that Scott's wrong - just that for you to be successful in the big world of business you need to become independently informed, and know where you're getting your information.In our case, of course there's risk and the obfuscation of an LLC in certain situations may help, however with good insurance and our bias towards managing risks effectively and handling disputes ourselves, the idea is that we will take care of our insurance company and in turn they will take care of us. 

A nice but arguable in-the-middle would be something like Bellingham, WA (yes, i have a biased opinion), Spokane, WA, Ann Arbor, MI, Arlington, TX, Grand Rapids, MI.  

Language in the disciplinary hearing included one board member stating "the verbiage in the respondent's report made him think that it was biased toward investors, instead of reporting the market."

Thus my bias

Of course, you can say I'm biased because I am an attorney.  

@Tom Wagner   I'm obviously biased since I run an OZ fund, but I agree that it's a powerful tool for wealth preservation and creation.

Maybe my bias is misplaced.
