50/50 Partnership in NY STate

Hi,

I am setting up a partnership to buy a multifamily property in NY State with 1 business partner. We are splitting everything down the middle such as: upfront costs (downpayment, repairs, closing costs, set up costs) and ongoing payments (mortgage, repairs, capex, repairs) and we will be splitting the duties equally and profits equally.

Does someone have a document I can use for use to sign and notarize? This would include: profits shared, repairs shared, if one wants to buy other one out or needs to get out, pay based on appraisal amount.

Thanks,
Jack
