I'm a real estate investor in Denver that's looking to BRRRR some properties in Lincoln NE.

I mainly work in the NE Ohio area and it's always great to see more people from Ohio on here.

As you know I traded in pricey RE in San Diego that was cash flowing $50,000 a year for NE Ohio single family and soon to be 7 apartment complexes, 6 right now.  

For example, let’s say you and your family love a particular beach town in Costa Rica, but live in Nebraska.

Try fringe areas of NE Minneapolis where it's starting to be more trendy but still cheap.

A poster I think from the NE I forget what state and don't want to guess told a fantastic story about collecting back rent. 

I'm a fan of the game, depends on who is playing.....but I root for Mizzou (just because), Nebraska (same reason) and LSU.

I am especially curious what people are having the most success with in the Omaha, NE area.
